Shilpang Karia is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer with over 25 years of experience in advising corporates for Valuations, IPO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Due diligence, Business and Capital structuring, Equity & Debt syndication and other financial services.
He has advised companies across sectors at various stages of growth. He conducted Seminars / Webinars at various platforms on Valuations, IPO Advisory & Financial Statement Analysis.
As Founder and Managing Director of the company, he provides strategic direction, technical depth and leadership to the firm.
Kamal Bansal
Kamal Bansal is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience across venture capital/private equity, capital markets, institutional equity research and investment banking.
Has deep expertise in investment appraisal, due diligence, fund structuring and nurturing of businesses, with hands-on experience working closely with entrepreneurs at strategic and operational levels.
Highly skilled in fundraising and operations of VC funds/AIFs and has also successfully built a full-service investment and merchant banking platform.
Having held senior leadership roles at institutions such as GVFL, SIDBI Venture Capital, and Bonanza Portfolio, he brings strong knowledge of equities and an extensive network across VC/PE firms, institutional invest0ors, industry, and academia.
